Another magical trip to the Harry Potter studios!

This week I returned once again to London, but this time for CHRISTMAS AT HOGWARTS! Christmas at Hogwarts is the current special feature that the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter are running, which showcases - well, you guessed it, Christmas at Hogwarts!

Warning: this will contain spoilers for the tour and the Christmas special, so don't read on if you don't want to know!

It truly was magical, everything was so Christmassy, and there was as always lots of new things to see, including the new Dark Arts section! Best of all I got to go with two school friends, one of whom had never been before, so it was even more magical to get to share it with her.

We all showed our House Pride (I'm a Hufflepuff, they are Ravenclaw and Gryffindor), snapped lots of pictures, messed about in the SNOW - YES THERE WAS SNOW! OUTSIDE! FOR CHRISTMAS! - flew broomsticks, the Ford Anglia, and much more.

Privet Drive - unfortunately the snow didn't show up!

The Great Hall was decorated for Christmas too, as was the grand model of Hogwarts, the common room, and much more!

As well as finding out how the snow was created for the films, there was actually snow in the back lot, which was wonderful - made even better by the fact that we didn't reach the back lot until it was dark!

As always, the staff were super helpful, keen to talk, and full of great stories, making it once again a very magical time.

Snape was very convincing....

Although I've been um, several times before, it didn't matter because each time there's something new and different. And it's Harry Potter - who couldn't have the BEST time. Managed to restrain myself in the gift shop (so many nice things!) - just about anyway.

SNOW!
All in all, it was another wonderful trip - ready for another visit already....

Is anyone else going for Christmas??
